Homemade Salsa!

Not only is this recipe delicious, it's suuuuuuuuper easy, the ingredients are cheap and it makes a ton! I think that's called a Quadruple-Win!

The Fixin’s:

29 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
2 t of crushed garlic
2 jalapeno (if spicy isn’t your thing, cut back on the jalapenos or remove the seeds. If spicy is your thing, add more silly!)
2 green chilies
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 bunch of cilantro, washed
Juice of 1 lime or ¼ C of lime juice

What To Do:
Step 1: Chop the vegetables into large pieces, then, in a food processor, blend the onion, jalapenos, chilies and washed cilantro.

Step 2: Add the remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed.

Step 4: Enjoy with chips or over taco salads or a hearty plate of red beans and rice.
