Gluten Free Potato-Crab Chowder

Warm up from the snow with this easy slow cook recipe!

The Fixin's:
1 package of frozen corn
2 large potatoes chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
1 c finely chopped carrots
1 t dried thyme
1 t crushed garlic
1 t pepper
1 t salt
3 c reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/2 c water
1 c evaporated milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cans crab meat
1/2 c sliced green onions

What To Do:
Step 1: Place the corn, cubed potatoes and sliced carrots in a slow cooker. Add the thyme, garlic, pepper and salt. Stir in the chicken broth and water. Cover and cook for 3 1/2 hours on low.

Step 2: Combine the evaporated milk and corn starch and mix into the slow cooker. Add the crab and onions. Cover and cook 1 final hour on high.
