Pizza Omelet


It's Friday night, pizza night! Yum!...and before you know it Saturday morning rolls around and you just don't feel like cooking. So you reach for that cold, sad left over piece of pizza...you know you've done it.
Not judging. I've done it too but since I'm a married woman now I need to step it up a notch! Enter Angie's Amazing Pizza Omelet!


The Fixins':
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 slices of pizza cut into small bites size pieces
  • 1 oz of shredded cheddar
  • milk

What To Do:

Step 1: Preheat a small frying pan on low heat

Step 2: Whisk the eggs together with a dash of milk

Step 3: Pour the eggs onto the lightly greased, preheated pan and let cook until you can easily maneuver your spatula around the edges

Step 4: Add the bite size pizza pieces to one side of the pan and sprinkle with 1/2 oz of cheese

Step 5: Fold the remaining side of the eggs on top of the pizza pieces and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese

Step 6: Cover with a lid and let cook another minute

Step 7: Serve and anticipate the SMILES!!!
