Chai Tea Mix

Make a delicious treat to warm the bellies of those you love this winter.

The Fixins’:

1 cup and 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder

1 cup and 2 tablespoons powdered no-dairy creamer

1 cup and 2 tablespoons French vanilla flavored powdered non-dairy creamer

2-3/4 cups white sugar

1-2/3 cups unsweetened instant tea

2-1/4 teaspoons ground ginger

2-1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground cloves

1 teaspoon ground cardamom

What To Do:

Step 1: Begin by mixing the milk powder, non-dairy creamer, vanilla flavored creamer, sugar and instant tea together in a large bowl.

Step 2: Next stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.

Step 3: Blend or mix in a food processor, 1 cup at a time, until the mixture is a fine powder.

Step 4: Stir 2 heaping tablespoons into a mug of hot water and enjoy! Yummy!

Each serving is approximately 100 calories. Sooo worth it!
